Myrna was a friend to many people. She had a close friendship with Steve's grandmother Erma from their golfing days, and Erma thought the world of her. Berniece too had many fond memories of Myrna and all that they did at the golf course. Mother always said, "You would never find a harder worker than Myrna."
Try as she did, she never succeeded in teaching me to play golf! She always asked about our two boys and could remember the days when they were little guys over on Spruce Street. I admired Myrna's fighting spirit. She never complained about how difficult the battle was these last years. What a valaint trooper she was. God rest her soul. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. Karen and Steve

Sue Zentner posted a condolence
I know how hard it is to lose a parent. When your heart is so broken and you think the ache will never go away. However, by sharing and keeping her memory alive she will forever remain only a thought away.
God gave you a gift, although her illness was often hard to bear, he allowed you girls and your dad the opportunity to tell her things and share special moments with her. Now you don’t have the I should of or I wish I would have’s.
Your mom was such a thoughtful person. She always took the time for others. To her the status of a person didn't matter. Whether they were young, old, rich or poor, she treated everyone the same.
May her memories be a comfort to you. Sincerely, Sue Zentner

Fred and Girls, We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Myrna. She was a very special lady. She never failed to ask about our kids any time I ran into her in town. She raised a wonderful family, and taught you girls well. I still remember when Becki used to babysit for us, the house was much cleaner when we got home than before we left. Take comfort in your memories and knowing that she is now in a better place and will be watching out over all her family, forever.

I grew up with Myrna on Oak Street. I was an underclassman but she took me on my first Ferris Wheel ride. She rocked the boat at the top and scared me to death but I still love riding the Ferris Wheel. Carolyn Williams
