My first memories of Cecil go back to the Centennial School "get-togethers" so it's been a while. Seemed like he and Dad were always trying to get one of Dad's cars or trucks running again - he said Cecil could fix anything. Dad always kidded him about being older (by 46 days). They were great neighbors. Our prayers are with you all.

I love you and miss you so much already. I just keep thinking about the watermelon fights. That no one could eat a ice cream cone or banana around you without having it shoved in their face. That you put ice in your milk. All the family BBQ's and weiner roasts out at the house. Such good memories I will always hold dear to my heart.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Weems family. I have many fond memories of visits with Grandpa. He was such a kind and loving person and treated me like one of his own. I look forward to visiting with him again someday in heaven.
