They say you can't pick your family, but if I could have, I still would have chosen my Uncle Ambrose. I had so much respect for him and I really appreciated his ornery sense of humor. Besides being my Dad's brother, he was one of my Dad's best friends. It is truly a blessing to have had him in my life

To all of the family no one can say anything about your Dad that you don't all ready know. He was a pilar of his family, church, farm and community. He is the reason that all of you have that drive and need to succeed in your live he taught each of you the work ethics. He was big and strong but loved each of you and was very proud to be your Dad. He and Nell are at peace now. No more work they can enjoy the life in heaven that they have both worked so hard for. God bless you all
