Judy was a sweetheart of a lady. She would come into the library and just beam when she was getting new books. The library was a happy place for her. She would participate in our Summer Reading Program every year and almost every year would end up winning prizes because she read so much.
We enjoyed her company as she always had a big, happy smile to offer us when she would come through the door. Once, she missed coming in and I became so worried since this was not normal for her. I called her to check on her and she was so excited that I was worried about her but assured me that she was fine. Just was feeling a little under the weather.
I told her take care of herself and we would see her when she returned because there were so many books that needed her to read them.
She will be missed terribly. Thoughts are with her family.
