I served with Bud in Keflavick, Iceland in 1969. He was my first and best boss. I also thought of him as a mentor. I believe that some of the other junior officers felt the same. All these years later my fond memories survive, so I searched for him on the www.
I just want to pass on these kind words and memories to his family.
