We, the members of First Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Paola, Kansas along with our Pastor Nathan Jones, bow our heads in humble submission as we remember the life and legacy of Mother Mary Clounch. She was an encourager to all. Family, whenever you feel sad think on the life she lived before you, one of the sweetest and most loveable person we ever met and worship with. Heaven got one of the best that earth had to offer. She has demonstrated and lived the words of Christ, ( Matthew 5:16) “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. As you go through this healing process, Rejoice, and again I say rejoice. She is resting in the bosom of God, her creator. He has walked through his garden and plucked another rose, calling another soldier off the battlefield of labor to reward. She fought a good fight; she kept the faith and finished her course. Now laid up for her is a crown of righteousness that will not fade away. We will all miss her dearly. Lift up your eyes unto the hills from whence cometh your help. Your help comes from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy will come in the morning. Our prayers and thoughts are with you during this time.
