The memories of JoAnn are wonderful. Childhood memories as well as adulthood. Tom and Kathi were schoolmates from the beginning of our education. I remember going to the house on Kentucky and Carpenter. John always wanting to tag along. As adults, I gained more respect and admiration for JoAnn. She inspired me in knowing that a disability wouldn't keep a good person down. She was a wonderful co-worker. I had the privilege with working with her at the hospital. And she taught me the job wasn't done until SHE said it was done. After she no longer was able to work, I would go visit her at the old farm. Her love of her family shined there. Pictures, Pictures, everywhere. I volunteered to help her clean house, It tickled me how she would have so many pictures on her bedroom wall. And even with volunteering with her cleaning, how she would have her checklists for the next time I'd pop out for a visit! This seemed to also tickle Lloyd as well. She had so much love for her family. No conversation would take place without speaking of her husband and her children. She loved Autumn. Seems appropriate that she is able to leave this Earthly world to be with Our Heavenly Father at this season. Clay, Tom, Kathi, John, Jackie, Deanna, and Sandi..I pray that God wraps his loving arms around you and allows you time to grieve, and that you carry her wonderful memories close. JoAnn, Rest in peace my friend.
