To Betty's Family
My life as always been in the art world and I can surely say Betty helped set me on that path as my first art teacher. She was also a friend to her students and a few of us enjoyed buzzing around Garnett in her little teal Corvair! What fun we had. My heart breaks for all of you in this loss. May your memories comfort you - you have a blessed guardian angel to guide you.

To Betty's family:
I know your hearts are sad and no words can comfort your broken hearts at this moment.
Remember her with your smiles, and don't be afraid to share your memories with others as you talk to them. My prayers are with you.

Betty - Was a beautiful lady inside and out! She Always took time to visit, always knew your name. So very sorry for your loss.
Even the strongest have moments when the burdens and sadness of life seem to great, and when your heart is broken.
It's then that the Lord says, "Come to me all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest". Matthew 11:28

My heartfelt sorrow over your loss of a wonderful, friendly, intelligent, talented woman -wife, mother, and grandmother. I first met Betty in AAUW. She was excellent in leadership roles without running over others. One year for a painting class, Betty had to do a texture paining. She painted burning round bales and entered it into the fair. I purchased it from her. I feel fortunate to say I have one of her beautiful paintings.
My prayers for members of your family. The community has lost a great lady.

When my daughter gave me the news I was so sad for everyone who had the pleasure of knowing Betty. What a lady! From the first day of meeting her at GHS until we last messaged each other I couldn't help but smile ...even at the mention of her name. We both loved coffee and sending pictures of our morning ( anytime) joe! Betty, you were a blessing to everyone. God speed to you and blessings of peace to your family. Can't wait to see the new cloud formations you will create for us ...the ones you left behind. Sending my hugs to Tom, the girls and the grandchildren.

Tom and Family,
Our sincere sympathy at the loss of your beloved Betty. Betty was a very "special" lady. How we enjoyed our visits --- whether art interests, e-mails, garden ideas or the latest recipes. Loved the twinkle in her eyes. Now another STAR has joined the heavenly hosts. May God wrap HIS loving arms around each of you and comfort you in the days ahead.
