Obituary of Anna Pearl White
Anna Pearl White, age 93, of Garnett, Kansas, passed away on Monday, March 23, 2015, at Golden Heights in Garnett.
She was born September 26, 1921 at Kincaid, Kansas, the daughter of William and Mary (Thompson) White. Annie was the youngest in the family of three sisters and two brothers. She lived most of her life in Kincaid until moving to Parkside Place in Garnett about 25 years ago.
Annie lived in her family home in Kincaid caring for her parents during her life. She was involved in church and loved to watch sports, especially the Royals and Chiefs. While living at Parkside Place, she enjoyed activities there especially bingo and had her home full of stuffed animals she had won at bingo. She had many friends with whom she loved to visit. She loved trips to Branson with her family to enjoy the shows. Annie was always happy with a kind word for everyone.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Mary White; three sisters, Louise Bright, Grace Byman, Ethel Cowan; two brothers, Andy White and Gene White.
She is survived by her nephew, Wendell Byman and niece, Pat Claerbout.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 2, 2015, at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel in Garnett, with burial to follow in the Kincaid Cemetery.
