My deepest condolences on your loss. I was stationed with Larry in Edzell as a member of the Chief's community. My late wife Mary and I spent many an enjoyable evening with Larry and Mary at the CPO Hail & Fairwell's. Following our retirement we often met in the Ft Meade area where Mary and I resided as well. Even after Larry's return back home, we annually met in the Odenton/Ft Meade area for our "Old Timers" night out and tell sea stories. He will not only be remembered by us old timers, but everyone he came in contact with as a great shipmate and friend. Rest easy my friend, Bill & Mary

So sorry to hear of Larry's passing. We spent many hours together during our high school years. I always admired his humor, confidence and athletic ability. He was my best friend during those years before we moved in separate directions after school. I so enjoyed seeing him this last fall during our 55th reunion. I would come to the services, but am currently in Tucson and can't make it on short notice. Please share my sympathy to all family members. I will forever remember all the good times we shared.
