When I think of Leora I smile with all the memories I have of her. I remember fresh milk from the milk cow, making sugar cookies, snapping green beans and popping out peas, reading the couple of golden books stored in the buffet and many more times I had while spending time with Keith and Leora. She was a one of a kind lady that worked very hard around the farm but always had time for me. I always thought of her as my family. My prayers go out to all that loved her as I did.
I am so sorry for the loss of Leora. Our mother's were such good friends at one time, I think even working together in their younger years in Blue Mound. Brother Willard and I graduated together at BMHS. The Bruner family was such a dear family. My sympathy to each of you. Juanita Townsley Murrow, Gardner,KS.
