Les, Don, Steve, and Evelyn - My sincerest sympathies to you and your families as you deal with the loss of your mother. It seems I have known Margie and the fam forever and when you think about it, I pretty much have. All the years our mothers worked together and have been friends. Us girls even babysat for Steve and Evelyn when they were younger (do you two remember that?) Just recently Les and I read entries you two had put in one of my autograph books. Even after both mothers moved on from the sewing factory they remained friends, clear up to now. It just seems like Margie was just one of those special people in life. She'd do anything for you and she was ALWAYS involved in something. Margie was a giver not a taker, that's for sure. She will be missed. Thank you for making Mother an honorary bearer; she feels humbled. Please know my thoughts, prayers and love are with you all at this difficult time. God bless you all and keep you wrapped in His loving arms.

Les and Lynette, Stephen, Don, Evelyn and all of the Family. I got to Board. She was very dedicated to our monthly meetings. She was very proud to serve on the Silver Hair Legislation, and represented Anderson County well. We will miss her sweet SMILE at our monthly meetings, but I know she will be watching over us and all of you! We will miss her at Church and she will be missed at the Christian Quilters on Tuesday mornings. God bless each of you.

Dear Don, Les, Evelyn & Steve, Our sincere sympathy at the loss of your beloved mother Marge. We will always remember the Thomas family living on our farm (the Axtell place) after we first purchased the property. Marge has always been a very loyal First Christian Church friend. We will miss her wonderful smile, her photos to share and the "coffee" she always brought on Monday mornings to the church. Sunday morning will not be the same without Marge in her usual pew at church. God certainly has gained another "jewel" in His crown.

Marjorie was on our board at the Area Agency on Aging for many years and was always willing to do what she could to help us provide to the elderly in Anderson County. She served as a Silver Haired Legislator for a number of years and made sure she did her best to represent our county well in Topeka. She was a generous person and would do anything to help someone else in need. Our agency owes her many thanks for her efforts on our behalf.
