Alice Othella Redman, age 57, of Welda, Kansas, died on Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at her home. Alice was born on April 12, 1952, in Pueblo, Colorado, the daughter of Jim and Paulina (June) Gatlin. On December 24, 1970, she was united in marriage to Timothy L. Redman. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Timothy Redman on December 27, 1989; one brother, John Gatlin; and one sister, Edna Gatlin. Alice is survived by three sons, Larry Redman of Welda, Kansas; Alan Redman and wife April of Pleasant Hope, Missouri; Brian Redman of Pleasant Hope, Missouri; a step-daughter, Tina Dresser of Rich Hill, Missouri; four brothers, Jimmy Gatlin, Henry Gatlin, Frank Gatlin, Larry Gatlin; three sisters, Linda Long, Donna Wright, Paula Logan; and five grandchildren, Darin Redman, Lilly Redman, Hannah Redman, June Redman, and Karrmen Redman. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, May 11, 2009 at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel, Garnett. The family will greet friends following the service.
