Evelyn M. Larson, age 95, formerly of Overland Park, Kansas, died December 28, 2007, Garnett, Kansas. She was born August 24, 1912. She graduated from Southwest High School in 1929 and attended Kansas City Junior College. Evelyn married Clarence Dick in 1939 at Kansas City, Missouri; this union was blessed with two children. Clarence preceded her in death in 1981. She married Bill Larson in 1982 at Prairie Village, Kansas. He also preceded her in death in 2002. She was a member of the Village Presbyterian Church. Evelyn is survived by two daughters, Lynda Feuerborn and husband Bill of Garnett, Kansas; Brenda Gierhart of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; two step sons, Steve Larson of Denver, Colorado and Will Larson of Topeka, Kansas; five grandchildren, Ellen Young and husband Brian; Jill Donnici and husband, Jimmy; Amy Disbrow and husband, Ryan; Laura Hardy and husband, Tye; Paige Thompson and husband Robby; and seven great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 5, 2008 at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel in Garnett. The family will greet friends following the service at the funeral home.
