Gerald E. Miller, age 69, of Garnett died Thursday, November 8, 2007 at his home. Mr. Miller was born April 14, 1938 at Garnett, KS the son of the late Frank and Lois (Benjamin) Miller. Gerald married Virginia Ginny Thompson on October 27, 1957 at Garnett, KS. Three children were born to this union, Randy, Gerry and Cindy. He is survived by one daughter: Cindy Lowe and her husband Kenny of Garnett, KS; his mother, Lois Miller of Garnett, KS; one sister: Lorraine Stewart of Oklahoma City, OK and one brother: Richard Miller and his wife Dorothy of Garnett, KS; four grandsons, Travis Lowe; Cody Lowe; Colton Lowe; Chance Lowe; and one granddaughter, Randi Miller. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia "Ginny" Miller on April 3, 2005; two sons, Randy Miller in 1978 and Gerald "Gerry" L. Miller on Feb. 3, 2005; and his father, Frank Miller. Calling hours will be Friday from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Feuerborn Family Funeral Service, 219 S. Oak P.O. Box 408, Garnett, KS. The funeral will be Saturday at 2:00 at First Christian Church, 200 S. Walnut, Garnett with Pastor Gary Benjamin and Pastor Tony Thornton officiating. Burial will be in Garnett Cemetery, Garnett on Saturday at 2:00 pm. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society.
