Rode many times with Loretta and Barb and have lots of great memories. Riding back from Wichita and stopping at Carlos O'Kelly's she always had to get her own bowl of salsa. She liked to listen to books on tape while riding home. Lots of thoughts I cannot share them all. I enjoyed working with her and always thought she was a great person. I have missed her since I moved away from the area, now she will be missed by all.
I lived in Moran for several years and knew Loretta when she & Barb drove the ambulance. She cared about everyone & wasn't afraid to lend a hand to help others.
I feel her dedication to helping others was a big passion in her life. She may of been small in size BUT she had a HUGE heart.
She will always be remembered for that and always being there if someone had an emergency.
Loretta was always fun to be around, she enjoyed whatever she was doing. In the early '80's i helped her with Cub Scouts, she was a great den leader. Then her love for helping people through the EMT services was a great experience for me to get to work with her. I've known Loretta most of my life possibly, she was the greatest friend ever!
