My son Norman would call me and share with me the orneriness He and Henry would get into that day.Norman would just laugh about who upped who. Today Henry got Norman good with coldest day funeral and on Normans birthday to boot...I know my son well and this day will stay with him in fun and laughter for the great farming buddies that they were. We enjoyed getting to know Henry through the PPC community. He was an enthusiastic and thoughtful man. Allen admired Henry's tremendous knowledge of tractors and trucks. Our thoughts are with the family.
Linda & Family, So sorry to hear of your families loss. Henry will be truly missed in the PPC community as well. Mel and I were always entertained by Henry's many "stories" around the fire pit after a day of flying. And I really enjoyed traveling along with the Henry & Linda on one of the caravans.
We sure enjoyed travelling and flying PPCs with Henry and Linda 'back in the days.' I'll never forget the fan-belt-sticking-out-of-my-RV trick he so successfully pulled on me on one such trip!
He's flying now as we can never imagine.
We remrmber Henry with fond memories of flying and sitting around the firepit exchanging stories. He will be greatly missed. May God be with you as a Comforter at this time.
