Well, Cecil was a very interesting man. I never knew a man who would do things for people without asking for favors, except for a THANK YOU. Cecil and I would do chores together when we were at my father in-laws farm. We liked to go hunting together and also just visit. I will miss him. Cecil you will always be in my memories. You were a friend.
Cecil will always hold a special place in my heart....soft spoken and genuine. I will always remember the employee picnic at the South Lake when he worked for me at LTC. Cindy, my prayers and thoughts are with you.
