Today, I remember Tunwin (Auntie) Phoebe, her many trips back to the Rosebud Reservation her in South Dakota, I have an always miss Unci (Grandma) Julie and my Leksi (Uncle) Paul, and all my aunts. I miss the times when you go to Presho and back here to Old HeDog and Parmelee. Tunwin Phoebe, have a safe journey, my prayers are with the family and relatives in Kansas and here in South Dakota. I loved her so much. The memories I have as a child will never depart from me. She was an awesome person and anyone who knew her would agree. I love you all too. Hold fast and be strong. That is what she would want.
