Richard was a very positive influence in my life. As a college student, he was a great boss at the ORC. Through the years our paths didn't cross as much, but he always had a huge smile and was always concerned with how things were going in my life. He left a great legacy for others to follow and I am proud to have called him my friend.
Very sorry to hear of Richards passing.. I'm a server at Sirloin where Richard and Mary would frequently visit. Atleast twice a week. He was always so happy and cheerful. And gave the best hugs. I'm sure gonna miss those. May you rest in peace Richard. Ill see you again.
My condolence to this very nice family. I'll always remember Richard with that big grin and handshake. I was his UPS man for lots of years and can't say enough about how nice he was. Rest in peace Richard!

I first met Richard and Mary on our bus trips thru Peoples Bank. I remember him being very helpful and cheerful. He bought 2 of Jerry's John Deers tractors.Prayer for Mary and the family.

Larry just thought so much of Richard, said he was such a nice person. Our daughter Kelly knew him when she was a t Garfield Elementary teaching in Ottawa, Ks. and thought he was such a nice man.
