Teachers can have a special impact on children's lives. Mrs. Forsythe did on mine. She gave me special attention when I needed help with reading. I give her the credit for me loving to read. She taught me in 2nd grade at Hawthorne School in Ottawa, Ks. That was a long time ago because I am now 65 yrs. I just wanted the family to know what a great lady I think she was. I send sympathy to all her family & friends. Thanks for sharing her with me.
