To the family : my sincere condolences.
There is no greater pain than the death of a loved one.
Sometimes it seems almost more than a person can bear.
Jehovah God helps us with this in His word,
He promises us that He will put a stop to all sickness
and death will be no more (REV 21;3.4) Jehovah also
shows His love for us through the ransom sacrifice
of His beloved son Jesus Christ. What a wonderful gift to be given !
Then the hope of seeing our loved ones again
on this earth, transformed into a paradise. The Bible tells us
this was Jehovah's will when He created Adam & Eve.
Please read:
(Genesis 1:26,27; John 5: 28,29; Psalms 37:11,22,29).

Friendship is the greatest gift. That is what B.J. Stewart offered to each of us. She was so important to our entire family, and we truly appreciated her presence in our lives. She was loyal, steadfast and true in her interactions with the people she knew, enjoyed and loved. When we were really young, we called her our "Mexico Lady", for she would play renditions of "La Cucaracha" on our family piano to entertain the Dougherty children. She was such a lovely, erudite lady, a mentor and friend. We are so grateful that she was a part of our world. I'll miss our wonderful gal. B. Susan Dougherty.

What a lovely and gracious lady BJ was! A beautiful smile and full of style in her manner and dress. I got to know her only in her last year, but she made me feel special from the moment of our first meeting. She's free now!

What a special lady BJ was. So loving, kind, compassionate, and such a GREAT neighbor to my Mom, Beth Baker. I will never forget all the years she checked in on her, wrote her litle notes, and took Mom her mail and newspapers to the front door to make it easier for her. She was truly one of a kind. There is a special place in heaven for people like her!!

BJ was the best neighbor and most generous soul God ever created. She was a good friend and will be missed by many.
She would never allow anything to be done for her without being recognized or repaid. The first year we lived next door our family went over after a big snowfall to shovel a path so she could get her car out of her driveway. We returned later that afternoon to find she had completely cleaned off our doublewide driveway!
She would have been pleased to have been remembered as a "one of a kind" or "they don't make them like her anymore" type of person. Heaven will be a sunnier, friendlier, jazzier place because BJ is there!

Betty-BJ- will be in our hearts forever. Her notes stuck in the door, written on the backs of envelopes from all over the world;the accompanyment when she invited me to sing at Golden Heights; a real special soul. God's 'Jazzy' pianist.

Many many wonderful memories of you BJ! Lots of gabbing around the kitchen table and clove cigarettes at your home. What fun we all have had. You will be in my heart forever. Thank you for the memories. Have fun hanging with Momma and Daddy in heaven. Love you and miss you Jazzy!!!
