Some of my favorite childhood memories Uncle Don and time with your family. I am saddened by the loss and pray that all those who loved him will find comfort during this very painful time.

Don Hewitt was a wonderful Teacher. And very well liked when I was at Roosevelt-Lincoln Jr. High School in 1972-1973. I just had my 35th reunion with Gary in Salina. Alot of the classmates were talking about Don at the reunion. He is in a lot of our memories. Not only as a teacher but also as a friends father and a friend to many of us. He will be missed!
