In thinking of Penni, I believe the thing that stands our most in my mind is the fierceness with which she loved her family. Her husband, children, and grandchildren were in her every thought and the focus of everything she did. Still she had room to care about others, as well as her animals. She had enough love to go around. She was always on board for anything that was needed at church. She could decorate a cake for any occasion or make a pot of soup for 10 people or 50. Whatever it took was what she did. She will be so terribly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Our prayer is that God will hold all of you close in the days ahead. The beauty of a life is not found in it's length, but in it's depth.

I remember one morning soon after Great Grandma Miller's funeral, Ken, Penni, Great Grandpa Miller, and myself were sitting on the deck. Penni was asking Great Grandpa if he was "well rested". Ken piped in and blurted out "Rusted?, Grandpa's not corroding". Penni got so mad at him, but we laughed so hard.
