I knew Bob both through Church & Family Care Center. You could always expect to smile when you saw him coming! His gift was his sense of humor. He was also a man of great compassion, it showed. He will surely be missed. Hugs to his family.

Thank you everyone for these wonderful candles of comfort! We, as dad's family, feel so greatly blessed to have had him for all the years we did. We know dad touched many many lives as he journeyed on this earth, and know he will continue to be loved and remembered by so many. Rest in Peace, daddy! Will see you again one day in Heaven! Birdie and family, are hearts and prayers are with you. We give praise for Bob's life and the joy and happiness he brought into so many lives. Growing up with Bob particularly in our teens, it was my privilege to spend almost every Sunday, at SS, Church, afternoon's often at the Zentners or in the country side hunting etc, followed by youth meetings and evening Church and more time together afterwards. My life and Jeanie's as a result, was truly blessed by Bob and we look forward to the future when we shall meet again in the presence of our Lord.

I attended Church with Bob and always loved his smile. I especially enjoyed the twinkle in his eyes...just had that look of "Boy I bet your mother had her hands full" When one is so full of life, you always miss them the most. To have a smile after raising 5 girls is indeed a feat for both Bob & Birdie!!

When I think of Bob I always have to smile and laugh, he always made you feel that way
Found this poem when Aunt Mary passed away:
I miss you now more than ever before
But, I trust that God will open a door
And Show me some hope and comfort too.
For you were my life and I loved you so dear
And it breaks my heart to
not have you near
But, life goes on and
I will too
I just wish it wouldn't go on with out you.
Thinking of all of you
All my love
Cindy

My sincerest sympathies and prayers to the Zentner family. What a loss! I remember Bob from my growing up years at First Christian Church. I lost my dad, Bob, two years ago on the 27th. There is such an emptiness in your life, heart and soul. Always know that he lives on in the many memories you share. May God bless and keep you in the days ahead.
