I remember Mrs. Neal as a good and kind neighbor to our family across the alfalfa field. I was fortunate to work for the Neals at their drugstore several years as my first job. My sympathies to all of her family.
Grant and family, our most sincere condolences on the home-going of your grandmother. I know you spent many hours caring for her and the house. You are the absolute best grandson. Unfortunately, we are out of town and will not be able celebrate her life with you but our thoughts and prayers will be upholding you.
Your mother was a kind and loving Aunt, Mom, and nurse. I am grateful I got to know her through our Neal Family Reunions. I wish to extend my condolence to your since the passing of your mother and grandmother. Barbara and I met on a professional basis at the hospital. We visited many times at continuing education meetings.
I am so sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I just feel like the matriarch’s are gone now. Mom and your mom were such good friends. I so remember the 9th street gang all piling into one car for the trip to the pool. We couldn’t leave till “As the World Turns” was over. Then there was all the days at the pharmacy. Love to all.

Barb was a very special friend. I worked with her for 10 years at the Richmond Nursing Home. She took me under her wing and I became her assistant. She taught me so much. And she loved her family so very much. Nothing made her happier than when she became a Grandmother. She took such pride in her home which she had collected so many beautiful pieces to decorate it with. And yes she loved to read we discussed many times at our breaks together the book she was reading at the time. May God comfort all of you during this time. She is at peace and back with her beloved Bill. She will be missed.
