Obituary of Eva Lawrence

Eva Jean Lawrence, age 90, of Garnett, Kansas, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2019, at the Residential Living Center, Garnett, Kansas.

She was born on November 2, 1928, in LeRoy, Kansas, the daughter of John William and Anna (Finical) Lawrence.  She graduated from Burlington High School, Burlington, Kansas. 

Eva married Dean Williams and this union was blessed with three children.  He preceded her in death. 

She was a clerk in the fabric department at Walmart.  Eva enjoyed raising rabbits, chickens, and cows. Eva also enjoyed knitting, sewing, and working in her garden.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anna Lawrence; husband, Dean Williams; and one granddaughter, Erica Raddatz.

Eva is survived by three daughters, Vicki Buffinberger of Des Moines, Iowa, Teresa Raddatz and husband Keith of Garnett, Kansas, Jeri Lyn Williams of LeRoy, Kansas; three grandchildren, Roger Raddatz, Jennifer Raddatz, Christopher Raddatz; three great grandchildren, Cean Kish, Dante McCaster, and Corban Raddatz; two sisters, Dorothy Cox of Wichita, Kansas and Jody  Hood of LeRoy, Kansas. 

Memorial graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, June 7, 2019, at Crandall Cemetery, LeRoy, Kansas.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Eva Jean Lawrence Memorial Fund, to be established at a later date.
