Obituary of Diana F. Bowen

Diana F. Bowen, age 65, of Garnett, Kansas, passed away on Thursday, October 25, 2018, at Residential Living Center in Garnett, Kansas.

She was born on June 12, 1953, in Garnett, Kansas, the daughter of Everett and Lola (Fagg) Williams.

On Friday, February 13, 1976, in Garnett, Kansas, Diana married her love, Chris Edward Bowen. This union was blessed with four children, one son deceased Michael Kieth, Michael Eric, Christepher Michael, and Amanda Fay.

Diana became a registered nurse in 1985. She worked for Anderson County Hospital and Osawatomie State Hospital until 1996 when her and Ali Sprague opened Home to Home Inc.

Diana was preceded in death by her husband, Chris Edward Bowen on October 24, 2015; one son, Michael Kieth; her parents, Everett and Lola Williams, two brothers, Billy Williams and Marvin Lee Williams; and one grandchild, Alexis Bowen.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Eric Bowen, Christepher Bowen and wife Brandi; one daughter, Amanda Burk and husband Bryan; her pride and joy grandchildren, Destiny and Andy Seuell, Bryce and Michael Bowen, Corey, Harley, Lars, Addyson Bowen, Rudy Parker, Kaylie, Nathan, Avery ChrisE, and Lola Burk; great grandchildren, Livianne and Finnley Seuell; two brothers Howard and Donna R. Williams and Dale "Bobbie" and Donna L. Williams of Garnett, Kansas; one sister, Flora May Robinson of Lubbock, Texas.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at the Feuerborn Family Funeral Service Chapel in Garnett, Kansas. Burial will follow in the Welda Cemetery. Family will greet friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Monday evening at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Diana Bowen Memorial Fund and left in care of the funeral home.
