We send our sincere condolences to his family. I always felt we had common grandparents way back and intended to get with him as I had the names, but never got around to it. I used to call Elaine cuz when she worked at the bank in Iola. We used to get each other's mail. He got my fertilizer bill once, he called me and I chided him by saying you paid it didn't you? Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time.

Uncle Don was like a father to me. He and Betty Ann taught me how to fish. Don taught me how to hunt, and had a terrific sense of humor which I would like to think I got from him. I will truly miss this awesome man that has enlightened my life,
