I worked with Bill at Emporia State campus radio station KSTE-FM....Just a happy, good-natured guy.....we were all kinda eccentric or quirky in the 60s....thanks for the memories Bill !

My loving condolences to the entire family. Mr. Betts, as he was known to me through much of my childhood living next door was a fun loving man, loved his family and his music.
