Sharon & Family,
So sorry to hear of your loss. Jerry was such a wonderful person and a positive influence to me growing up. Have fun memories of him (and Sharon) leading our high school Sunday class at the Christian Church back in the early 70’s. Also, it was a joy to visit with him in recent years when visiting my Dad in Iola. May God give you peace and comfort during this time.
Love,
Pam

Please know you have Mine and my son's heartfelt condolences. We loved Jerry so very much. He touched our lives so immensely. My son worked for Jerry so many times carrying boxes upstairs for him.
I met him through Circles. He was loved by all of the Circles family. He was very encouraging to us all. He always had a smile.
I personally loved to get him wound up about all the pitfalls of those of us in poverty. He would get so wound up about all the healthcare issues we each faced.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Sincerely,
Tina Jo Baker White

Jerry was a fine young man and like family to our family. I worked with Hale McGinty for 25 years. Jerry and Sharon were like kids to us and we weren't that much older than them. He always had funny stories to tell. His best one was about a man called flying saucer in Arkansas.
He and Sharon had a very fine family and were respected by all.
Love to Sharon and kids and grandkids from us. Jim and Sue Story

I never had the privilege of meeting Jerry, in person, but enjoyed our many conversations on the phone. Thank you for his beautiful and loving obituary. It brought tears to my eyes. He deserves so much more, and God willing, is now receiving the blessings for his stewardship. God Speed, Jerry!

Sharon,
Nikki and I are so sorry to hear this news and we are praying for you and your family. We are at the same time are rejoicing knowing that Jerry is in the presence of our Lord and Savior now.
Jerry was probably the most generous man I have ever known. When we moved to Kansas, Jerry was one of the first people to greet me and I’ll never forget him taking me through the church building for the first time. Whenever I needed anything for the youth group I could go to Jerry and he was always more than willing to help. He provided many tacos for the youth group.
I remember when I would be sitting in my office at the bank I always knew when Jerry came in. His joy for life would light up the room. Jerry was such a blessing to so many....God used Jerry to bless others. I am thankful for Jerry’s obedience to God. Honestly there are just not enough good words to describe Jerry. And even though we are down in Florida he will be missed. I can’t wait to see Jerry again someday.

Our prayers and sympathy goes out to all of you. We got to know Jerry through the Burlington baseball team which his grandsons played with our grandsons and were coached by Charlie. He was always there for the whole team. We know he is pain free now and is with the Lord. Just keep all the memories in your heart.

Jerry was larger than life to me. I admired his love for his family and his support of his kids. He greeted everyone with a big hello, and a hug, which I will miss. I know he is not suffering from this monster of a disease any longer. He walks with our Lord, pain free and I picture him filling heaven with his robust laugh.
I am keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers as you go through this transition time. I know there are no words that can take away the pain and loss you are feeling now. Keep his memory alive by sharing stories He loved to tell, and hear. He will always be with you your hearts.
