Norma had a special place in my heart. She was the first person I got acquainted with when I moved to Iola in '81. She was like my 2nd mom. She asked me to come visit the Happy Hearts FCE unit that was just forming and I joined that night and it was the start of a wonderful friendship. We shared many ice skating trips together, bus trips, and many other events. I will cherish our memories together forever. My deepest sympathy to her family. May your precious memories bring you comfort. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Marla Wilson & Family

NORMA WAS A VERY SPECIAL ANGEL THAT GOD SENT TO US. A FRIEND TO ALL AND VERY CARING PERSON. WHEN I WAS GROWING UP , SHE WAS ALWAYS THERE TO GIVE AN EXTRA HUG WHEN NEEDED. ADVICE ? SOMETIMES I LOOK BACK AND MOST WAS NEEDED.. IT WAS GIVEN FROM THE HEART . TRULY SHE WILL BE MISSED. OUR PRAYERS WILL BE WITH HER FAMILY AT THIS TIME . BLESS YOU ALL.

I was also a member of the Sunflower quilt guild while living in that area . She was a very special lady. Always looked forward to seeing her at guild meeting and functions. She was always willing to do whatever she could to help out. Just having her friendly happy face there made it a better day. I know She will be missed by all.
