Barbara was such a kind and caring woman. I enjoyed working with her when she was the DON at Windsor and was glad we continued to be friends when she went on to work at Moran. We spent time (sometimes more than we should have at work) talking about whatever we thought was important to us at the time. I remember going to do an intake with her at the local hospital and low and behold when we left, she had locked her keys in her car but one of her sister's came to her (and mine) rescue. She was fun. She was an excellent nurse and most of all I am glad she was a friend. She will be missed.
I want to apologize for the delay in this message. I saw where she had passed away but then did not see the obituary until tonight.
