Lucy was a kind and beautiful lady, and always so helpful and friendly to my four small children when we went to the Rice Feed store for feed for our horses and other various livestock on our small farm and for 4-H projects. We bought all our show equipment and tack from Lucy and Harold. They were an important part of our lives. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time.
