I am saddened to hear of Joy's passing but am so grateful that I had the pleasure of knowing her. I met Joy thorough Glenn. Those two were like peas in a pod. Joy was always so tickled when my sisters and/or I saw them. She was one of the sweetest woman I've had the pleasure of meeting. Unfortunately I hadn't seen Joy or Glenn for several years, but that doesn't mean they both don't hold a special place in my heart. Prayers, thoughts and love to the family. Joy truly was an angel in disguise.

Grandma, I will always remember you for the loving, warm, funny and generous person you have been. Always remembering birthdays and making people feel special. Fond memories of telling you indignantly that you couldn't spank me because you weren't my mom and you insisting you could because you were my mom's mom! And funny memories of fly swatters and rolling pins. Card games at the drop of a hat and your hummingbirds. These are just a few of the lovely memories I will carry with me always. I Love You Tammy

Prayers for all of the family. I grew up loving to go to A&P and eating Joy's grapes. We always ate a few as Mom shopped. And Mom would tell Joy to charge for the grapes we ate. She was a dear sweet lady and will be missed by all that knew her and loved her.
