Norm and I have many fond memories of the Reiling family as we grew up next door. It was good to see many of the family today at the funeral but wish it wasn't under such a sad situation. We came home and called Norm and Sharon and they had so many questions about everyone. They wanted to be there so badly but it just wasn't possible. I have so many memories of all of the family but I will share just one humorous one with you. As kids Norm and I had BB guns and Charlie was constantly borrowing one from us. He asked several times for his own BB gun but the answer was no until one day Eleanor was out hanging sheets on the line when a starling flew out of the mulberry tree that was on the vacant property behind our house. You know where this is going! The bird not only bombed the sheets but had enough left over to place some purple goo in Eleanor's hair. The next day Charlie didn't have to borrow our BB guns anymore. Our thoughts and prayers remain with your family. Loved the poem Lisa! Lowell

I am so sorry for your loss. Eleanor was a great Lady. I enjoyed playing bingo with her at RLC. She was always kind and considerate to others and she will be missed. I stepped into her room on Monday after bingo and just said a silent prayer that God would hold her dear, and I know that prayer was heard.
