I had the honor of working with Dora and several of her daughters over the years. She was such a dear sweet lady. She gave me so many tips of good advice about cooking, plants that she dearly loved and Motherly advice. I have been good friends with Charlotte for many years we try to stay in touch all the time. And Arlene was such a dear never to complain when her illness got the best of her. May Dora find peace in heaven with the Lord. And to all the children my sympathies but you were truly blest to have her as your Mother.

Dear Cousins&loved ones, Many happy memories of times spent together are going through my mind. One specific memory I have is sitting at your Mama's kitchen table ,beside Viola. We decided we are now old enough to drink coffee. But to our dismay, our mothers agreed that if we are old enough then we can only drink it black!As they went back to their "Butchering Day" duties , Viola & I proceeded to choke down our first cups of coffee. Thus began my love affair with black coffee! To this day I don't like those fancy coffee drinks. May the wonderful memories of your mother bless & fill your hearts as all of you go through this loss together! God bless you! We love you & are praying for you!
