Harold was a pleasure to know. He loved his family and friends, and was a friendly, kind, and considerate neighbor. He loved to visit and swap stories, and he always had many good ones to tell. One of my fond memories of him, that exemplifies his generosity and caring and sharing nature, is his loading his children and many neighbor kids in his school bus to drive them to the Iola swimming pool in the summer. My sympathies to all in his family.

Harold was one of my favorite customers. I will miss him coming in my office and pulling up a chair to visit. He told me the story of his wife's passing more than once, and as time went by he still had tears while talking about the love of his life, Betty. My prayers for the family, and what a large one! Please find comfort in knowing he is now reunited with her.
