Obituary of Richard Tidd
Richard J. Tidd, 83, of Neosho Falls, Kansas, died Friday, October 3, 2014, at his home.
Richard was born October 26, 1930, at Neosho Falls, the son of Frank and Elizabeth (Diebolt) Tidd. On June 12, 1951, he married Opal Chriestenson in Mineral Wells, Texas. They made their home in the Neosho Falls area where he has farmed and worked all of his life. Richard especially enjoyed operating his bulldozer.

2 daughters; Betty Robinson and her husband Raymond of Neosho Falls and Mary Braton of Neosho Falls
1 brother; Frankie Tidd of Neosho Falls
2 sisters; Meribeth Weise and her husband Larry of LasVegas, Nevada and Bertha Hackett and her husband Joe of Hoyt, Kansas
10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren
He was preceded in death by brothers, Howard and Lawrence, and a sister, Arlene Chriestenson
VISITATION: 6:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 7th, 2014, at the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Memorial Chapel in Iola
FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, October 8th, 2014, at the First Assembly of God Church in Iola
BURIAL: Cedarvale Cemetery at Neosho Falls
