So sorry to hear of Kirbys passing. He was a real friend to me at a time when I needed a friend. I knew him a long time ago. He was kind and caring. I Remember the cute things he did. He enjoyed life. I am praying for his family.

I'm not sure where to begin. Kirby has been a vital part of this community for years. Kirby was a vital part of getting the Allen County CERT off the ground and making it what it is today. I am proud to call Kirby my friend. He has a special place in my heart and will be missed!!!
