Obituary of Vera Terrell
Vera Mae Terrell, 91, of rural LaHarpe, Kansas, died Sunday, March 1, 2015, at Overland Park Regional Medical Center.
Vera was born May 14, 1923, at rural Lone Elm, Kansas, the daughter of Arzy H. and Hazel Clair (Beal) Sprague. She grew up at Lone Elm and graduated from high school there.
On December 21, 1947, Vera married Vernon Lee Terrell in Kansas City, Missouri. They made their home on a farm at Lone Elm until moving to the Moran area in 1949. Vera worked as a bookkeeper for Talley Chevrolet in Moran and retired as bookkeeper for Dr. Frank Lenski in Iola. Vernon preceded her in death February 14, 1988.
She was a member of B.P.W.

7 Grandchildren & 5 Great Grandsons
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, granddaughter Julie McVey and sister Lorene Webster.
VISITATION: 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2015, at Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola.
FUNERAL SERVICE: 10:00 a.m., Thursday, March 5, 2015, at Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola.
BURIAL: Moran Cemetery, Moran, Kansas
