Obituary of Harry Stogsdill
Harry Lee Stogsdill, Jr., 79, of Iola, Kansas, died Thursday, January 29, 2015, at the Allen County Regional Hospital in Iola, Kansas.
Harry was born April 11, 1935, in Kansas City, Kansas, the son of Harry Lee and Lucille May (Zoellers) Stogsdill, Sr. He grew up in Kansas City and served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. In 1980 he married Edna Roach and they were later divorced. Harry moved to Iola 25 years ago and worked as a roofer until retiring.

2 sons: Jay Stogsdill of Iola and Chris Stogsdill of Chanute
1 daughter: Pam Stogsdill of Iola
2 stepsons: Randall Smith of Raytown, MO. and Frank Smith of Iola
1 brother: Bobby Stogsdill of Forest Grove, Oregon
2 sisters: Joanne Gage of Iola and Betty Johns of Kearney, MO.
13 grandchildren
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Dickie Stogsdill
VISITATION: Family and friends will meet from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. Monday, February 2nd at the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Memorial Chapel in Iola.
GRAVESIDE SERVICES: 1:30 p.m. Monday, February 2, 2015, at the Fort Scott National Cemetery in Fort Scott, Kansas.
