So sorry to hear of Leon passing. He work for my grandparents at the Iola Greenhouse when I was a small kid! Always remember him and Jerry bring horses to ride, and wild animals for us girls to see! One time he out did his self, he tied a small fox to my grandma's cloths line, and one guess what she told him to do with it when she went out to hang cloths! But she forgave him! Many, many fun times for a couple of small girls who had no brothers! May God bless you all and find comfort that he is probably at the BIG farm in the sky taking care of all the animals!

So sorry to hear of Leon's passing. He worked for my Grandpa Myers at the Iola Greenhouse. The first time I met him was when Grandpa sent him to Lincoln Elementary School to pick me up and take me home. I thought he was kidnapping me! We had so many good times when he worked for Grandpa. He was a very special part of my life as a kid. We would go out and ride horses at their farm south of town. Leon was a winner, and he will remain in my memories with fondness. My prayers are with the family.
