During her time as executive director of Hope Unlimited, Delma was also on the Board of Directors of the Kansas Coalition Against Sexual and Domestic Violence. She was a dedicated advocate for women and children needing protection. On behalf of many across the state who knew Delma, I thank her for her service. RIP, Delma.
