Obituary of Thomas Rinehart
Thomas G. Rinehart, 94, of Humboldt, Kansas, passed away Friday, October 26, 2012, at his home.
Thomas was born November 18, 1917, at Humboldt, Kansas, the son of Edward H. and Mamie B. (Nickell) Rinehart. He grew up in Humboldt and helped on the family farm along with working as an auto mechanic. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during WWII.
On November 19, 1942, Thomas married Queen Eileen Powers and they made their home in Humboldt where he worked for Monarch Cement Company for 30 years, retiring in 1982.
He was a member of Disabled American Veterans.

3 Daughters: Sandra Sue Hamilton of Gridley, KS, Peggy Jean Murrell of Neodesha, KS and Patricia Ann Millar of Chanute, KS
11 Grandchidren and a number of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren
He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Albert Lee and Lawrence Edward Rinehart and a sister, Lilly Fern Rinehart.
Cremation has taken place.
MEMORIAL VISITATION: 6:00-7:00 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola.
INURNMENT: Mt. Hope Cemetery in Humboldt, at a later date.
