Ronnie was a fun guy. My dad was closer to him than I was and he shared that Ronnie came to the house to share a gospel message. Unfortunately he was turned away however I never forgot that effort and example. I knew his father Forrest quite well. I remember the day he was ran over by the tractor. He showed me the tread marks in his chest. He is perhaps the strongest man that I have ever met. A bee sting to his nose brought tears to his eyes though. He said that was the worst pain he had ever felt. Ronnie was a chip off the old block. A man of Honor.

Ila, I am so sorry for the loss of Ronnie. I didnt know until today when Joe my husband said something about it since he also works at gates. Mickey and I sure thought a lot of both of you, he will be missed terribly, and the writing was so right you were the love of his life. Whenever I seen him at Wal mart and I asked about you his eyes lit up so much, and he only had love for you. You are a special lady.

I only got to meet Ronnie recently but he had a way to make your day. I enjoyed listening to his stories about his family and could tell he loved you all so very much. His smile and laugh were infectious and will always be remembered. Prayers of comfort for you all.

Have fond memories of Ronnie way back from high school years running around with Vicki Wilson. He was always such a fun guy. He will be missed by many people. Always friendly and a big smile. Our condolences to the family. L.C. played cards with Ronnie and always enjoyed him.
