Barbara Lorraine Phillips, 65, of Iola, Kansas, died Friday, January 9, 2015, at Iola Nursing Center in Iola, Kansas. Barbara was born September 18, 1949, in San Bernito, California, the daughter of Clarence "Pappy" and Betty (Yandell) Brown. She made her home in Kansas. Barbara liked to read, do craft projects, and loved her grandchildren. SURVIVORS: 1 son: David Morris and wife Pam of Wichita 1 daughter: Patricia Conner and husband Gene of Chanute 1 brother: Scott McGuire of Topeka 5 grandchildren: Tobi, Tawni, Taray, Justin, and Robbie 5 great grandchildren: Karigen, Keigan, Kyler, Johonnah, and Kaziel Cremation has taken place and memorial services will be announced at a later date.
