Obituary of Beulah Moore
Beulah Mildred Moore, 91, of Iola, Kansas, died Saturday, January 2, 2010, at Windsor Place Nursing Center in Iola.
Beulah was born January 24, 1918, in Iola, the daughter of John A. and Hattie L. (Ratliff) Scoville. She grew up in the Colony and Iola areas.
On July 30, 1937, Beulah married R. Harold Moore at Garnett, Kansas. They made their home in Gas and later Iola, where she was a homemaker. Harold preceded her in death on February 16, 2006.
Beulah was a wonderful cook and enjoyed sewing and reading. She loved to serve others and had a servants heart.
She was a member of the First Church Of The Nazarene in Iola.

She was the last survivor of 8 children. She was preceded in death by brothers, John, Jesse and Vernon Scoville, and sisters Hazel Montague and Anna Mae McGie and two siblings in infancy.
FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 6, 2010, at the Waugh-Yokum & Friskel Chapel in Iola, Kansas. The Chaplain Lloyd W. Houk will officiate
BURIAL: Highland Cemetery, Iola, Kansas
