Dear Family, Just seeing that photo made me smile. What a Payne…….What a spirit! I see more than just Cuz Francis, I see Grandma Payne, Aunt Maggie, and I see a little of each of us. We must celebrate life in this awesome family. We must be still and feel love shining down on us every time two Paynes, talk, email, hug, pray, smile, laugh, or cry. For where two Paynes are gathered………. My heart is heavy for Cuz Bill, Dawn and Michelle, Cousin Nessi, Martha and Tony, for my mother Sylvia and for so many others. But the joy described by my mother, between all those who went to Kansas City for the A.M.E. convention, was Gods way of reminding us that He is a mighty God, and that He is in control. We pray for each other, but most of all we pray for God to reign over us, comfort us and give us peace
