I worked with Dale at Gates for many years. He, in fact, was the person that trained me to do my job. It's hard to think of a more patient, caring and friendly person than Dale. Dale was also one of the biggest pranksters at work, always giving us a laugh. It was easy to hear the pride in his voice when he spoke of his wife and family. He will be missed by many.
